Gautam awarded race 1 as top 2 face penalty and Ameya wins Race 2

Race 1
Gautam Parekh wins as Ameya gets disqualified and Sandeep penalized
The race was marred by incidents and disqualifications which toppled the results. As Ameya who crossed the line first was later disqualified for technical infringement and Sandeep who crossed 2nd was given a 30 sec penalty for colliding with Deepak while running 2nd. Gautam Parekh was awarded the win and Chittesh and Akhil Devrag were awarded 2nd and 3rd. Deepak managed to finish 12th and Narain the poleman had to retire by Lap 3 followed by Prashant and Karthick in the following laps.

Race 2 (Reverse Grid):
Ameya overcomes battle with young Chittesh
Chittesh started from pole and took off a clean start to lead into C1 but Ameya was fast enough to get ahead of the young Chittesh who is just on his 2nd outing in the Formula LGB class after progressing from the Rotax Max karts. Deepak was running third in front of Sandeep and Gautam spun at T4 causing Sarosh to spin too only rejoin at the back of the field. Narendran had to retire in the very first lap. By lap 2 Chittesh was all determined to challenge back Ameya for the lead and he was aiming for the move in every corner possible. Finally by lap 3 Chittesh got ahead of Ameya to go in to the lead and started to pull a decent gap.

For a while it seemed as if the 2011 Karting champion Chittesh would win the race but his inexperience showed off as his pace started to drop after a few laps as his tires were worn due to over pushing but Ameya played it clever to save his tires and then made an attack on Chittesh during last few laps. Ameya overtook Chittesh and managed to keep him at bay to win the race just over 0.7seconds. Sarosh climbed up the ladder and managed to get ahead of Deepak to finish 3th. Deepak finished 4th and Gautam finished 5th.
